| Q. | I don't get it. Why is this called "Da Moonlight Rally"? |

| A. | It's a theme that pays homage to the hilariously twisted comedy written by Jeff Daniels about "Yoopers" - residents of Michigan's Upper Peninsula - that was shot on location in Escanaba and Delta County. |
| Q. | Why attend the Michigan State H.O.G. Rally? |
| A. | Mostly because we are going to RIDE AND HAVE FUN! But you should also consider the fact that this is the ONLY official statewide H.O.G. event. It's our one chance each year to gather all of the Michigan Chapters in one place for a weekend of riding, fun, and comradarie. The state rally is exclusive to Harley Owners Group members and our invited guests. And that makes it different from any of the other large events we attend in our state. |
| Q. | Who may attend the Michigan State H.O.G. Rally? |
| A. | Only active Harley Owners Group members and our invited guests can attend the rally. Each member can invite one guest. Guests must be registered under your H.O.G. number. |
| Q. | Can we reserve a camping area for our chapter at the U.P. State Fairground? |
| A. | Yes. The UP State Fairground will be happy to reserve a "designated area" for your chapter. Keep in mind that each campsite will still be charged $18 per day. Contact the UP State Fairground for more information. |
| Q. | Why should I Pre-Register for the rally? |
| A. | There are several reasons. First, pre-registration is the only way to guarantee that you can get a shirt & pin. Second, you become eligible for an incentive drawing featuring some very cool prizes. And last, it helps the committee plan for a better event. |
| Q. | If I pre-register, and can't attend the rally, can I get a refund? |
| A. | No. We're sorry, but Harley Owners Group policy is that Pre-registrations are Non-refundable and Non-transferable. |
