| Q. | Will it be safe to register on line with my credit card? |

| A. | Yes, H.O.G. uses Verisign to validate the security of the online registration process, You can feel safe using your Visa or Mastercard to register for the Rally. |
| Q. | Does everyone have to register? |
| A. | Yes, in order to be able to attend all events/functions, all members and guests must pre-register or register onsite in the registration area at the Kalamazoo Expo Center/Fairgrounds to receive their wrist-band. You must have a wrist band to enter any event. |
| Q. | What does the pre-registration fee of $45.00 include? |
| A. | The Rally fee includes entry to all Rally functions with a wrist band plus the following Rally merchandise; commemorative coin, short sleeve t-shirt, bandanna and program. |
| Q. | Is the onsite registration entry fee different than the pre-registration fee? |
| A. | No, the pre and onsite registration fee is the same but; onsite registration does not include the Rally merchandise of; commemorative coin, short sleeve t-shirt and bandanna. Rally merchandise can be purchased at the time of onsite registration IF there are any items still available. |
| Q. | When does pre-registration close? |
| A. | Pre-registration closes midnight on June 28, 2012. |
| Q. | Are there any day passes available? |
| A. | Sorry, there are no day passes. The rally fee of $45.00 applies to all three days or any number you chose to attend. |
| Q. | Do I need to bring my confirmation e-mail or card to the Rally? |
| A. | Yes, it will make processing your registration and receiving your Rally packet quick and easy, allowing you more time for the activities and enjoy the Rally experience. |
| Q. | Where can I purchase additional rally merchandise? |
| A. | The best way to purchase additional Rally merchandise is to order it at the time of pre-registering; those additional items will be in your Rally packet when you arrive onsite. The second but not recommended method is to wait until you arrive at the Rally registration area and IF there are any items remaining you can purchase at that time. |
| Q. | If I want to register or purchase additional Rally merchandise on site do you accept credit cards? |
| A. | No, all purchases onsite must be cash only. |
| Q. | When I arrive in Kalamazoo where do I go to register, sign my waiver and pick up my Rally packet? |
| A. | You will go to the Kalamazoo Expo Center/Fairgrounds. Directions to the Kalamazoo Expo Center/Fairgrounds are included on this website under the tab labeled Directions. |
| Q. | Who may attend the Michigan State H.O.G. Rally? |
| A. | Only active Harley Owners Group members and our invited guests can attend the Rally. Each H.O.G. member can invite one guest. Guests must register under your current national H.O.G. number. |
| Q. | If I Volunteer to work the Rally, do I still have to register and pay the Rally fee? |
| A. | Yes, nobody gets a free pass. Everyone must register for the Rally and that includes; Rally Committee Members, Motor Company VIP’s and our H.O.G. Regional Manager. |
